We are having a dedicated 24/7 emergency breakdown service support team with required tools & tackles to support our clients with 2 to 4 Hrs response time and 24 To 48 Hrs Turnaround time from the time of call receipt.

Our Service teams are well equipped with fast moving transport facility & operating with Our Own Vehicles which carry all essential tools and basic spare parts which enables our engineers to troubleshoot the identified problems at site and deliver their best to meet our customers’ expectations

All service engineer’s movements are centrally monitored and nearest service engineer will be assigned to the respective break down call by our back office / support team and to reduce unwanted travelling time and provide quick support and response to our customers during any kind of emergency situations.

Planned maintenance regimes are managed by the service department and dates for all types of PPM are agreed through written communication direct with the client. Our dedicated PM team will carry out the Preventive maintenance services within the stipulated time frame, complete all visual and physical checks as required by the individual part of equipment. All observations with recommendations will be specified in service reports
